Pearl Decor is an outstanding decorating company. Initially, Pearl Decor created a back drop for my engagement party and their work was amazing and went above and beyond. Naturally, without hesitation I booked them for my wedding decor. Pearl Decor has been professional in the way they handle meetings, always on-time, and accessible.
